At Ayfleks, we design our production processes to minimize environmental impact. By developing both recyclable solutions (such as Bio-PE and LDPE/HDPE regranulated products) and biodegradable alternatives (based on corn starch and sugarcane-derived biopolymers), we actively contribute to the transformation toward sustainable materials.
Thanks to our in-house recycling line, we convert production waste into granules, supporting the circular economy and reducing raw material consumption. In addition, with our rooftop solar energy investment (SES), we utilize renewable energy to lower our carbon emissions.
This integrated approach to sustainability enables us to deliver high-performance packaging solutions while placing environmental responsibility at the core of our operations. Our sustainability goal is to reduce raw material consumption and non-solar energy use, while actively supporting the circular economy. Another key sustainability goal is to reduce our carbon footprint by 40% by 2028. To achieve this goal, we are upgrading our production lines with high-efficiency, energy-rated machines, regularly measuring our carbon footprint with the support of independent international firms, and closely following industry innovations to reduce our energy consumption, raw material usage, and waste. In this way, we believe we are moving steadily toward our mission of producing every product in our catalog in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
