Graphics

Pre-printing Process:

Our in-house design team handles full artwork development and minor edits, working with the latest versions of Adobe Illustrator to meet client needs.

Printing Process:

With our flexographic printing machines, Ayfleks offers up to 8-color printing with a maximum width of 1500 mm, ensuring precision and vibrant results.

Extrusion (Film Production)

Technology:

Multilayer (CoEx) extruders and monolayer extruders.

Capacity:

Production capacity up to 1,800 tons per month.

Capabilities:

High-barrier film production with up to 3 layers

By producing our own films, we ensure consistent raw material quality and reliable delivery timelines. This flexibility allows us to manufacture tailored films for specialized applications like detergent, wet wipes, baby diapers, and high-strength courier bags.

Printing

Technology:

Cutting-edge flexographic printing machines and additional stack-type flexo printing machines.

Capacity:

Up to 8-color printing, maximum width of 1600 mm.

Lamination

Technology:

Solvent-based laminator and solvent-free laminator.

Capacity:

Laminating width up to 1500 mm on both machines.

Our solvent-based lamination ensures top-tier safety for food packaging while also supporting more eco-friendly applications. It delivers excellent bonding and protection, ideal for high-barrier packaging such as tea, coffee, retort pouches, and medical products.

Slitting

Technology:

Slitting machines

Capacity:

Slitting is available for widths ranging from a maximum of 1550 mm down to as narrow as 50 mm. Speeds can reach up to 700 m/min and be reduced to as low as 5 m/min. Lower speeds are applied for delicate materials.

Why It Matters?:

Millimeter-level precision in the slitting process plays a critical role in ensuring accurate packaging and seamless machine performance.

Cutting

Courier & Side-Seal Bags:

High-volume production with courier bag machines, side-seal bag machines.

Custom Cutting Solutions:

With needle perforation units and tear-line machines, perforated, hooked, and easy-open packaging formats.
